A "Bible" is the common phrase used in the book world, pertaining to series writing, and is THE guideline to follow for any of the ghost writers who are hired. So here I give you the "Mack Bolan/Executioner" writing guide. Don't worry, Gold Eagle doesn't use this anymore, but it remains an interesting artifact from the 1980's when the concept of action and adventure book series was prevalent.
